Refund Policy

At Sweaty’s, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in original condition with tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

  • Include proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”
     

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once assessed, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Sweaty’s.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

6. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • Sweaty’s is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
     

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Allow processing time (up to 10 business days)

  • Contact us if the issue persists
     

8. International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Sweaty’s is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs clearance.
